144 Thousand Care Services Limited is a registered domiciliary care agency based in East Tilbury, Essex, Thurrock. We are committed to providing high-quality, kind, compassionate, and person-centred care services to vulnerable children aged 0-18 and vulnerable adults aged
18-65+ in the comfort of their own homes and community.
We provide personal care and essential domestic services to children, adults and the aged experiencing a range of complex needs and disabilities and impairments, including; Mental Health challenges, Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Learning disabilities (LD), including associated behaviours others may find challenging, substance misuse, domestic abuse, and those at edge of care.
We offer individualised home care services by working closely with service users and their families to provide everything from support in accessing their community, short welfare check-in visits, spot checks, to full live-in support services. The aim is to promote the safety wellbeing, comfort, dignity, and independence of our service users.

We deliver services through a person-centred approach, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals. Service users will be encouraged to express their wishes, feelings, and preferences, and these will form the foundation of their care plans. We will ensure that care is coordinated with each service user in mind, allowing them to live as they choose, with everyone working together to support their goals.
Comprehensive Assessment
We will carry out holistic and comprehensive assessments to determine each service user's needs and preferences. These assessments will be regularly reviewed to ensure that care plans remain relevant and meet any evolving needs. Involving service users and their families in these assessments and reviews is a priority, ensuring that care plans are always aligned with their choices and desires.
Client Safety
We adhere to health and safety rules and regulations, regularly checking for risks and risk of harm, and continually train our staff to keep update date with health and safety requirement.
